Foxcatcher (2014) ~ 1/5
The story was just a mess and only loosely portrayed the real story. The pace was at a crawl at times of no importance, yet sped through when you needed more info (of which it provided none). Just a bad movie based on a promising real life story

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

Insidious 3 - 7/10
I liked it better than the previous ones.
Balls out 6.5/10 some damn funny moments. Reminded me of an 80's movie.

Whiplash (2014) ~ 4/5
Intense is the only way to describe it. Loved the story despite so few words being said

Such a good movie!
Maleficent (2014) - 7/10
I enjoyed this purely as its own fantasy movie and tried to ignore the whole Sleeping Beauty connection. SB is one of my favorite Disney movies, and I'm fine with Maleficent just being an evil sorceress - I don't need to know her backstory. I hate it when villains become sympathetic characters. Can't they just be evil for evil's sake?
I drop another point for casting Sharlto Copley as Stefan. I've said it before: his voice is so squeaky and annoying that it detracts from his performances. Either have him dubbed, or don't cast him at all.
