 My girlfriend is a Yoga instructor with 500 hour certification! I personally am not into it, though I love that she is, but I do lift weights and practice kick-boxing on a regular basis.

I do weights also! In fact she does too!
You know Power Yoga is much tougher than reg yoga! and the add a 105 degrees heat and 60 humidityand you got hot power yoga!

There's a way called "heated yoga" that is possibly a similar way. The folks that do that ain't kiddin' a bit. It is SERIOUS!
