It's so disturbing to see Leno try to blow this off saying he's not at fault... He's a douche to the tenth degree... I hope Dave beats him in the ratings when his horrible show goes back on...

I think he definitely will see a dip in the ratings compared to his previous numbers. I think there are going to be a number of people who used to watch him and don't like how Conan got treated. Go Dave.

Conan will be fine, the buyout is great and he will be back in the fall to stomp a mudhole in Leno. $12mil for his 200 employees, however, is not very good. That works out to only $60K a piece (and not each person will get an equal share obviously depending on their job title). That's not a lot of money for people that pulled up stakes and moved out to Cali less than a year ago.

Hopefully, when Conan does come back, they will all all have a place on his new show. I wonder if they will stay in L.A. or head back to N.Y.
