not if you talk to the right guy. the managers/supervisors wear white shirts. give it a try. you never know. i did and look what i got! 
btw, these were unopened, factory new items.

Yeah, they will usually take care of you especially if you are a regular customer. I missed a sale on the DVD Millennium Season 1 recently and the manager I spoke to gave it to me no problem.

I just got back from Vegas tonight.... so I'll try updating over the weekend.
Apparently, there's a boot available for download (iso/nrg), but I may just stick with the ethernet update.
