In that case, he can do one for me for 305,50. Hehe.
What I mean is, it's good, but I don't think his work is THAT good.

I think the cold weather has fogged your glasses, my friend.
I also don't understand the 305,50 demonination.
All's well.. I'm pursuing this.

Good luck! Ask Ryan to at least put you on a notification list. Sometimes he will let people know when some of Dale's original artwork is available and give them the first shot at buying it. I know of only one person who managed to talk Dale into a commission and he took a very long time to talk him into it. But you never know, you just might catch him at the right time!!

Persistence is the key.
S[eaking of hard to contact artists - I would love to get a Sam Kieth commission.
Now, who has some information that will tear my dreams down...

Very much so, just make sure you don't go from persistence to annoying. Very thin line. There is a great artist I would love to own a piece of artwork from but he doesn't sell his artwork. I e-mail him every 5 months or so just to see how he is doing. Maybe someday if he changes his mind, he may think of me, which would be great.

No need to tear them down, or cause you to tear up.
Albert Moy is Keith's agent and periodically SK will do commissions. There might even be prices on the site; I seem to think that for the last round it was 1 character, 11x17 for 2k.

If memory serves, Keown made millions off his Image work. He pretty much lives off that and has practically disappeared from the comics circuit. He doesn't need to do commissions. He's more into his music, or was. I think you'd have a better chance getting a commission from Todd Macfarlane.

Dale made more bank than his partners/employers? I know those guys made phat bank (haha.. I'm "hip"), but most are still around.. Dale's pretty much bailed on comics entirely for a music career, though? Grr.
Regardless of that, I'm not going to acquiesce from pursuing this. Thanks for the heads-up, though, RS!

I believe some of the other Image boys made millions too, especially MacFarlane. That's how he paid, at least in part, all those millions for those Mark Maguire baseballs. I think he has 20 of them between homer numbers 45 and 70. There was even a brief tour.
Jim Lee is definitely a multi millionnaire. When he sold wildstorm to DC, they gave him oodles of dough.
