Buyer refused shipment?

Well doesn't UPS leave a note on your door each time they attempt to deliver it. Even I had missed the first two attempts and had to call them to deliver it at my brothers house on his day off.

Clearly the buyer didn't care enough to call and schedule a day for it to be drop off when someone was home to sign for it.

UPS has rules about leaving notes and what not, but that doesn't mean they follow their own rules. I've read a ton of stories where they claim they tried to drop it off, when people were home all day. Driver is just being lazy and a liar. Check with your buyer to see what's up.
