The Koto Jim Lee style Batman would have been great if Koto had taken 5 minutes to clean it up. There are seams from the molds clearly visible on the sides of the legs and arms. The seams where the arms, head, and legs were glued to the torso are horrible. And the paint isn't that great. Also, the flimsy plastic base is a joke. Now, if all the seams got sanded down and/or filled in, and the statue was repainted, and a new, more solid base were made, it would look incredible and I think it would be the best Batman statue to date.
The bronze Paquet Batman posted earlier is incredible, but chances are, no one here will ever see one for sale or in person.
If you're looking for traditional comic-book style Batman statues, my personal favorite is the one Tim Bruckner did for DC Direct several years ago. Batman standing with one leg up on a gargoyle. There was another similar style Superman statue by Bruckner as well.

Another great one is the Frank Miller-style statue that William Paquet did for The Dark Knight Strikes Again, but it's only good if you can find it without the catgirl on his shoulder. I have one where the Catgirl was removed and it's an awesome Batman statue.

If you're more in to the animated style statues, my personal favorite is the maquette by John Mathews.

If you prefer the movie Batman statues, I like both of the new Kotobukiya Batman vinyl statues on the spotlights.
