Yes, that sounds more probable. As they usually get them in quantities of five.

I have just spoken with FPI. They are expecting to receive the Jack maquettes around November or at least thats the date that they have at present.

Alrighy. I don't think shipping would be more than £50, they usually have an agreement with Parcel Force or who ever they use. Definitely cheaper than buying directly from USA.

Good work Tril.
Kris - good heads up on the 1-2 units thing.
I would speculate that a "unit" means just that - 1 maquette. I don't see why CM would leave customers to speculate on what is meant by the term "unit". I would imagine that as far as they are concerned the customer will interpret "unit" to mean "one item of stock".
It would be good to clarify, but I really do believe FPI will only be getting 1 or 2 based on this.

As FPI can not tell you who is first in line to receive these. I guess its going to be a lottery to see who receives the first maquettes that they receive and distribute to collectors.

That was one of my big problems with FPI, not knowing where you are in the list, but them claiming they ship in the same order as the orders are recieved. I had the same problem when I had my T-800 on pre-order, but the thing is if they don`t know where you are on the list how do they know what order to ship them out

I think the truth of the matter is that the sales reps that you speak to are to lazy to look up the information. Or they simply have`nt got excess to the required information.
