Totally agree, Sledge. The episodes of the 1960s Batman that guest starred Green Hornet and Kato felt wrong, as well.

And since when did you not caring about the show transfer to "everyone" else? I agree with Sledge, the characters have a big following. Maybe not for the newer generation "tikes" out there.
Regardless yes I read he's getting into shape, I think from the top it would be pretty messy for them to start with a fat stoner Hornet. So they would have to start out with a solid base from the original idea and take it from there.

On Newsarama, "Agent of STYLE" covers the Green Hornet. It's an interesting article, but further down the page are two shots from the upcoming movie. Not looking good...
