Forgot about GI Joe. Hopefully it won't be caca. And I've been hearing a lot of buzz about The Wrestler, said to be Mickey Rourke's best role.

Watchmen, Wolverine, and Terminators are the ones I want to see the most.

Though there are many I look forward to viewing, the two I'm most eagerly awaiting at present are 'Underworld: Rise Of The Lycans', and 'Terminator: Salvation'.

I made it to four this year, I doubt I'll see that many in 09. Wolverine & Terminator are the two that will get me out.

I may see none of them if the reviews are dog meat.
Took me a few decades, but I have finally learned my lesson well after the craptacular insult of Crystal Skull.
I still live with guilt I actually gave money to see that.
For sure thumbs down on Trek 90210. Looks like a pure mess. Repackaged youth demographic raping of a classic.
Have hopes for Terminator to be all that of course, but at only PG-13 we shall see. Looks like they tried to work in transformers into it with giant robots and such. Not quite sure how you can portray the brutality and near genocide of the human race with PG-13 limits. Still, that is the one I really hope delivers the goods. Maybe a DVD release will be rated R, might be worth waiting if that is the case.
I am thinking the films that will get me to the theater are not the ones most hyped at the moment.
Hopefully something amazing is lurking out there.
Every other year something usually surprises everyone.
A hot familiar label will not put my butt in the seat anymore. But I am getting older, and that is what happens.

Star Trek is the only one I'll be at the opening of.
