That face doesn’t look like Magic to me. If you didn’t have him in Lakers 32, I wouldn’t have known.
Also, Magic always had a great smile. This statues teeth look jacked.

I've completely lost interest in this line. Cool that they are doing it . . but these faces ruin it.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

I am always amazed that there are actually people buying those 1/4 statues for them to keep making this series. Fan of magic Johnson and all the other basketball legends, but who the heck on earth will buy a giant 1/4 statue of them especially with those faces.
I mean they gotta be sellling at least a couple hundred for each character to keep making new ones….just amazing.

I love the pose, but the portrait needs a lot of work...MJ's portrait is the best so far. The size of the basketball seems fine...Jordan had massive hands and Magic likely did as well, so a regulation ball will seem small in their hands compared to us mere mortals.

Hmm...
Even if the real head is perhaps slightly larger there (though it still looks good when laid over the body of the statue - the ears were actually a very close match on my Photoshop), the ball seems to be more than just slightly larger, and it's pretty much the same angle.

Exactly what I thought. It reminds me of the recent Bob Marley biopic - the actor looks nothing like Marley, but the dreads and facial hair point you in the Marley direction. Here, the 32 and Lakers uniform point you to Magic.

The 'live' image should be smaller, as the portrait looks larger than the statue portrait.
