Oh no... I just looked this up, and you're right! Holy crap, If I'd have known, I'd have just grabbed the regular trades.
Ellis wrote that crossover, and quite a bit happens in it that affects the transition between the two teams. If they arent' going to include it, the overall story won't make much sense.
This kind of stuff drives me crazy - when publishers incorporate licensed characters into their regular storylines - I can only assume that the Aliens are what's keeping it from being included. It screws the readers out of reprints, be it Shang-Chi, classic Valiant, or this.
