Mine wont be at my door steps until end of October. My shipper took a photo of the package and sent to me.. but did not inspect the statue to see if its a good one. I hope my Guile will be safe and sound..
Mine came in with the extra box, where 2 Guile's is boxed into one bigger Box. I just hope it makes it..

I think you won't find a Guile EX on eBay cheaper then retail or even at retail price. Everyone knows what's going on with the situation and people are aiming for a bigger profit off of it

Ya I know, it's human nature after all... capitalize and profit! Oh well, if I can't get a replacement it's hammer time.

Hey guys,
For all of us that have received broken Guile's:
I just got off the phone with Michael at SSC, and we had a pretty long conversation. He told me this - that when SSC produce a run of say 1000 pieces, they usually make about 15-20 replacements for damages. The Ex. Guile for example has a run of 175 all in all, so do the math.
To be blunt, he said PCS and SSC will either help everyone or refund everyone. He didn't disclose the magical number of damages that needs to be reached, but he did say that if the calls keep coming in the way they are, then the factory will either make new statues or repair the damaged ones. They are currently doing drop tests for the Guile statues to ensure the "IF" they do get replacements, they will arrive to us undamaged.
So hang tight, and sit back. They should contact us next week at some point with a decision that's all or nothing, although I am fully expecting a refund.
Jerry, I just hope you can help us out here!
