Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

Well, due to circumstances beyond my control, I was late getting to the con today, but still managed to get a bit done.
Saw Joe again, and he very kindly signed my Wednesday Comics HC and Hawkman Archives HC. I then decided to take a punt and ask him if there was any chance of getting a quick sketch in the Hawkman HC, expecting a negative response. He started to explain why he couldn't, and I indicated that I understood his position and that it was basically a case of "nothing ventured, nothing gained", and then he decided to do one anyway!
What can I say, except that Joe is a true gentleman in every sense of the word!

A bit later, I got to meet Stuart and Kathryn Immonen, who are both lovely people. I got them to sign a copy of Moving Pictures, and Stuart did this sketch for me in my Spidey: Friends and Foes sketchbook.

Unfortunately, due to getting to the con late, I wasn't able to arrange a sketch from Colin Wilson. Hopefully tomorrow.
Near the end of the day, some of the lines for the media guests were at manageable levels, so I got these signed pics:
Dichen was also kind enough to let me take a photo of her:
