For you gentlemen on this workout, question: would it be ok to do this on the 2nd floor or should I go to the first floor? I have a rug but if I have to do a lot of jumping, I don't want my fatass to crack my wood floors

1st floor is carpeted but doesn't have a TV; will have to watch it off the computer.

Definitely would like to look into this. Thanks!

It is a LOT of jumping and running in place. May not be ideal on the second floor.

I'm down for the count for a couple of days.. did only about 45 minutes of surfing earlier today, and just tried to do some Insanity, and something in my lower back basically.. exploded. I'm fine, but I can't do more than a couple reps before I wince.
No more surfing for two months.. I guess I can do it on my "off" day, but I was planning on running a mile on those... grah.

Oh man, hope you get better soon, Ry. I hurt my lower back a couple years ago and that is not fun. Everything you do hurts...

Thanks guys.. I appreciate it. My back's already feeling better, but I'm not taking any chances. Can't get in to see my Doctor for a couple days, so for now.. I'm just going to take a day or two off. I'm a pretty durable s.o.b., so when I actually have a lasting injury, I take it seriously.

I think I gotta change up my sleeping habit, also... my bed's too big for my place, so I've been sleeping on just my mattress; think I might get an air mattress, or something instead. I sometimes call the chick I'm seein' on & off just to grab a night in a bed.

A friend of mine recently cut out all bread from his diet. That might be the next thing I tackle.. bread's a lot of empty calories. I don't take part in eating unhealthy besides bread and football season brew, so.. it'll be a big step if I stick with it.

Took the time off the Doc suggested, from any vigorous activity, so I'm startin' in on Insanity again today.
He even suggested I choose Insanity or surfing for the two months, so... deal's done.
