The Power Gem exceeds anything Cyttorak has however Drax is an idiot and sadly Juggernaut is more so. I see drax winning through sheer raw power and dumb luck.

I think there is a severe underestimating of just how powerful Juggs is going on here.

The latest incarnation of Drax with the Power Gem would be interesting to see; his old, "dumb" incarnation with it is nowhere near as intimidating.
It's basically a cosmic artifact (PG) vs. a mystical artifact (GoC). It'd be an interesting fight, but I think the Power Gem would prevail.

The Power Gem is all power to ever exist, past/present/future, which INCLUDES all of Cyttorak's power. It's been shown in comics that even Drax's limited intelligence is enough to subconsciously tap into the Power Gems power as much as he needs to eventually overcome anything. Onslaught kicked the crap out of Juggernaut, I don't see a Power Gem powered Drax having too many problems.

I agree. Juggernaut is supposed to be the closest think to indestructable there is...
(No matter how badly written his character is...)
And I remember Drax from when he was part of Adam Warlock's Infinity watch. He had the power gem then. Still got his butt kicked from time to time...

Juggernaut is so over-hyped it's disgusting. Any holder of the power gem would wipe beat him. Juggernaut may be "unstoppable", but the power gem is a whole other level of unstoppable.
Dumb Drax with the power gem could be outwitted...which I could see Cain doing under the right circumstances...but in a slugfest Drax would take the belt.
To be fair, I always took Onslaught's assault on Juggernaut to be both physical and Psychic. His helmet just couldn't block Onslaughts mind from reaching Cain's mind...which led to his physical beating. That's how I alsways looked at it anyway.
