there is a multiple facet to this as tony starks wealth is common knowledge as his idenity of Iron man is known... Now think about this how much money do you think Batman (Bruce) would have hidden away in dummy corporations,offshore accounts etc just to fund the Bat-family and he mostly funds the JLA as well so thats another 10 Billion or more at least so I would say that Bruce is the clear winner between him and Tony.

Bruce gets my vote! I think Bruce doesn't give a flying F about his money whereas Tony would probably flaunt it more.
A grand on a few JDs on the Rocks and a couple of hookers while playing kinky games involving his large polished helmet would be a pastime to him

I see like comparing Bill Gates to Warren Buffet. Both are billionaires and Stock fluxuations can raise or lower futunes in a matter of minutes. Both men fund their teams since Marvel or DC gives no numbers as to who has what I'd Tony has cooler toys IMO but forbes has Bruce listed richer than Stark. wayne is number #6 and Stark is number #7

yeah, i think it was the JL cartoon (so not quite canon i know) where he pretty much said he funded the watchtower by hiding it in some of the books.....think about that, the man has enough money running through his empire that he can fund what must be a multi billion dollar space station "in the books" without anybody knowing...

That may be true but in the DCU that can't make the connect between Superman and Clark. A pair of glasses, really? If I were in the DCU I would say to Clark "You know you look just Superman but with glasses". I would be quite easy for Batman to hide all of his activities in his books.
