Cap always loved to foil or even screw over red skull and sometimes he did it with ease. Batman who is much smarter than cap would find ways to beat skull and get into his head. Batman's toys are just annoying but very effective.
You put batman and red into a cage together. Batman would do well to hold red off but in the end red would end up killing bats and becoming the victor.
Then doing this afterwards
when bats is already dead on the ground.
