Far as I know, no one has released the piece of $h!t's manner of death yet. I checked all the "insider" police sights, even they have nothing yet. As an Officer and a father....this is what I fear the most. Prayers for all those involved, beyond the parents (obvious), like the responding Officers, paramedics and coroner.
NO ONE should have to see this. Ever.

The shooter's mother was a Kindergarten Teacher, and a victim, at the school and supposedly the kids in her class were the targets.

Why are people losing it mental nowadays? I can't seem to understand what makes people throw away their sanity and do something like this?
There is nothing in this world that would ease the pain of these parents and the bad news they have received today
And you were right if he didn't kill himself somebody would have done that anyway

This seems to be happening about once a month. Some extravagant shooting in a public place. Hell, maybe once a week now that I think about it. Those poor families. My wife is a teacher with my own two kids at the same school. They have frequent "lock-down" drills for if something like this was to happen, but still, I can't imagine. So so sad. This'll prompt some new gun legislation I'm sure. Anyone here live in CT?

We don't have "lock-down" drills in this county (or any nearby counties), but we don't have violent crimes in San Luis Obispo County that often, either...
.. as a teacher and an uncle, I'm thinking maybe it's better to put the cart before the horse and introduce such programs before they're actually (ever) needed.
