Not that I would overly trust it considering what P1 did with the Zero Year statue, but has it been stated anywhere that this is definitely 1/3? I mean if it is.....look at Batman next to that thing. This would be a HUGE statue and I would think extremely expensive. Probably in the ~$2,000+ range considering the price of something like the Batman vs Joker Dragon. And that's before shipping.
