I don't watch much TV b'cuz I am a pop culture snob.

Actually, with work, kids, staying active, etc., it just tough. The only way I can really keep up with any shows are through DVD sets and downloads off iTunes (Battlestar Galactica). We have 4 Tivos in the house. But the wife and kids have those cornered. Except mine, which has a DVD recorder and is in the home theatre -- but I always forget to program it.

Anyhoo, is Millennium worth gettin'?

Totally worth getting....and with Your Tivo, you don't really have to program, most of the great shows....X-files, CSI's, Millenium, etc, are all syndicated on various networks. Commercials suck, but you could check them out fairly easily see if you might be interested before investing in total seasons.

one of the best most edgy shows ever. Very dark.

Almost agree. I started to loose interest a little on the 3rd season of Millennium.
Still gotta get those, and the last 3 XF Mythology sets.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

Fav episode of Millenium was called "Avatar", this guy was murdering people live on the net. Think there was some Gilbert & Sullivan song in it "The Lord High Executioner" from the Mikado? Creepy episode!

The show went downhill when they focused too much on the mythology. The splinter groups thing within the Millenium Group got too boring. It was the same old crap week after week. The show was great when they were actually Fighting Evil. [cue Ominous Music] Somebody mentioned the last episode of season 2 as a good one. If that was when Frank woke up in the cabin in the woods and saw the blood on his wife's pillow, and realized that she went off to die alone, I agree. That was a great end to the season. The other episode that really stands out in mind was where the cop Frank was working with hung himself in the basement of some house they were investigating. The image of Frank looking down the basement stairs and seeing the form of some real demon who forced Bob to kill himself still ranks as one of the scariest things I've seen on TV.

Part of the reason I like Lost now is because it's great to see Terry O'Qinn back on TV.
