Well here goes, I have no sympathy for Mark. He was EVERYWHERE on Ebay at one time and if you are AT ALL into statues and collectibles you were going to run into him doing his presales. My spidey senses were tingling before I even learned any of this and I stayed away.
However, I DO have sympathy for the customers he's sold these 500 pieces too. Obviously they are going to be very upset and part of the reason Mark is on these boards is to play damage control and deflect blame from himself to Gentle Giant. Still, the 500 people who bought things from Mark shouldn't have to pay for his sins . . . I wish Gentle Giant would take care of them and then cut off relations with Mark.
Which . . . if you read his post carefully is all he wants to do. He may not have the best record on these boards and on Ebay but to be fair . . . what he is asking is mainly for the 500 people that will not be able to get their product. They get screwed over basically cause of Mark's problems and while you can just say well that's their problem for buying from Mark I'm not sure if that's entirely fair.
Just my two cents.
