I would sell the PFs first, if I was you. I sold my Vader because it looked awful.

well said Grievous , if you decide to reduce the amount of star wars items in your collection(I would never do) better to start with PFs , mine is not a general movie but a mainly star wars collection and I may simply say that Gentle Giant is having the best product range for a Star Wars lover....

KD don't sell the busts ! LOL

I reckon your prices are about right apart from the clone commander 5 pack. I recently sold all of my prequel trilogy busts to raise some cash and to minimise my collection to just collecting original trilogy items. I ended up having to list my commander 5 pack 3-4 times before they sold. I originally started at the £500 mark like you, but ended up getting £375 for them. It doesn't seem to make sense when if you bought the busts seperately you would probably pay well over £400.
The interest doesn't seem to be there at the moment for GG stuff, and there are some real bargains to be had.

I paid £440 at the begining of the year
To be honest if I can get £1400 for the 37 I have left I'll be happy, even if that is below the £40 rrp per bust!
Can see me having to keep the Grevious bust as I can't for the life of me get it back in the box with the wraps etc.
I think the lack of interest in GG is due to all the crap us GG collectors have put up with and alot of us are leaving them behind now.

Started putting these on Ebay now and will be listing them all over the next week or so.
Decided to just start them at 99p with no reserve and see how I do.
My username is gensabers if anyone interested in taking a look.

I can certainly understand selling off a line once interest fades. Did the same thing with my GG animated maquettes last week. I love my MBs though and as long as GG keeps making them I will keep buying the ones I like. Great variety and quite affordable compared to everything else I collect.

Good luck with the purge.

Sorry to hear your selling up.

Here's a price tracker you may want to look at:

http://www.toytracker.net/giant/trac...ant.html/busts

But may also be a good idea to have a look at recent completed listings on ebay, at the end of the day it's down to what some one is willing to pay at that time.

Here's my thoughts, prices exclude shipping, some of the busts below can still be obtained from some retailers for the same price as yours or below.

Grevious £40 (£30-£40)
Maul £40 (£25-£35)
Paplatine £60 (£45-£60)
Clone commander 5 pack. £500 Inc Postage (totally complete including shipping box) (£350-£400)
Clone Sergeant AOTC (Green) £90 Inc Postage (£70-£75)
501st Clone £40 (£30-£35)
Senate Guard £40 (£30)
Scout Trooper £60 (£45-£60)
Tarkin £60 (£45-£55)
Chrome Stromtrooper £45 (£35-£40)
Royal Guard £40 (£20)
Luke Skywalker X-Wing Pilot £45 (£35-£45)
Han Solo £35 (£20-£30)
Princess Leia £35 (£30)
Bossk £45 (£40-£45)
Dengar £30 (£25)
Zuckuss £30 (£25)
Qui Gon Jinn £30 (£25)
Obi-Wan Kenobi (Ben Kenobi ANH) £30
Yoda ESB £25 (£20-£25)
Gamorean Guard £55 (£45-£55)
Greedo £55 (£40-£55)
Lando Skiff Guard £40 (£30)

GG Busts in general do not seem be selling as high as they have been, although I was quite suprised to see a Leia / Boushh sell for more than £50 the other day.

It a buyers market at the moment unless you can wait a while, it's a good time to fill holes in your collection (the other lines your now looking at).

I've be collecting a few extra Clone Troopers to customise at some stage & some Yoda's as my little one loves them.

Hope you manage to sell for the prices you want, I'll be keeping eye on Yoda
