Some characters just have your number and Rogue has SheHulk's number. Rogue is just too dangerous for most heroes/villians to contend with.

i thought she had a son by magneto and it killed her?
there is waaay toooooooo many storylines with the same characters to folow.
thats why i dont like marvel much anymore, exept for the live action movies with real actors.
btw: rougue wins, unless it was in the script for she-hulk to win.
but if you are basing it on powers, then Rouge wins, via rear naked choke in round 2 lol.
