Let me give you a pro-tip for watching Transformers 2. Watch the opening fight, watch Megan Fox bent over the bike, then skip a bunch of chapters until you get to the next big fight in the forest. Then skip even MORE chapters until you get to the end. You've saved yourself over an hour of nonsense story and you got to see the worthwhile scenes.
G I Joe was stupid but more fun AND it wasn't over 2 1/2 hours long.

The fights in T2 were awesome. I would rather watch Gigli than watch GI crap again.

Tranformers 2. gi joe was actully fun an there was no robot leg humping or wrecking balls or well trnsformers 2 put me to sleep

Seen them both and both are equally dumb. T2 had the annoying Jar Jar twins and the old Decepticon rubbish, and GI JOe had one of the Wayan's brothers, so equally annoying IMO. Having said that, I'll pick up both on blu ray cause you can sit down, switch the brain off and watch some big explosions
