It isn't Batman. Its Captain D*ckface.
Original Batman lore describes Captain D*ckface as Bruce Waynes younger brother Bart Wayne. Bart Wayne, a mentally challenged boy, was kept in the cold cellar most of his younger life. Kids would call him Farts Wayne due to his uncontrollable flatulence.

He is know to pound criminals from behind with his D*ckface helmet as Batman held them down. DC, after many months of intense litigation, removed Captain D*ckface and replaced his character with Robin.

True story.

I hope they didn't do the N52 chin mask. Hate that so much.

I hate when when you can see those ear protrusions on his head. Aside from them looking like d!cks, I still hate when he's drawn that way. It's the reason I don't like Jim Lee's Batman (gasps from all!) I can't stand the way he draws the human ears so prominently on the side of Batmans head. Waiting for real photos before judging this one, but it might be a deal breaker. Or maybe I'll be able to sand them off and repaint.

What about Batman in a graveyard?!

The original Trinity were displayed on bases that represented their respective "homes"

Batman- gotham rooftop
Wonder Woman - Themyscira column
Superman - Fortress of Solitude pilar

But the new Trinity is by their enemies?

Wonder Woman - Hades - Ares
Superman - Braniac Drone - Brainiac
Batman - Grave - ???

Ideas?

Jason Todd's empty grave leading to Red Hood?
Scarecrow infused nightmare of parents haunting him?
Dreaming of a finally dead joker?

There are numerous single stories where tertiary characters die but not many that are well known.

Good question. To me, it looks like a Batman that doesn't quite go with the Supes and WW PFs. More like a stand alone Bats. Just my impression.

My guess is a Jason Todd grave as well.
