Another ARH debacle... who would have guessed. I feel for you with the necks. The gap looks like crap considering it's an $800 statue. But what to do... I had the same issue with my medusa. The arm jewels looked like a five year old painted them. They offered to take it back and send me a new one, but Arahom is so unreliable and anti-customer that I dared not take him up on it.

You never know, this may be a turning point for ARH, 'april 30' they get back on the horse at which time everything is back on schedule.
