I emailed last week since I hadn't heard anything since the email back in September regarding a delay. They quickly emailed back that there is another delay for the US region. Currently looking at release at the end of the year.
I don't mind I recently received Koto Rogue and need to clear space for that one.

I got it straight off the their site. They sent me an email a while back about the delay but gave me the option to pay the shipping, fully paying it off. Reason why I'm asking is because I'm seeing pics of the statue on Facebook groups. So does overseas get theirs way earlier than the US?

Yeah they drop ship from China to places in Asia and Australia. Some companies even do Europe, just saves money that way.
