No you're not crazy he's dressed as Hawkeye standing next to Thor then it looks like he's dressed as Ronin standing next to Ms. Marvel.

lila was trapped in the bishop future when she jumped with a the dupe of jamie. she came back and grabbed jamie and took him to the future and met up with cyclops and his daughter ruby. they got doom to help build a device. them she came back to the present with jamie and is now part of X-Factor. The reason she "knows stuff it because she learned about the past when she was in the future"
