CC have said on FB they are talking to toynami to iron out any future problems, I'm paraphrasing there but it was along those lines

I got my shipping invoice yesterday, as soon as I paid it, i got the shipping notification with tracking number.

Unfortunately, that does nothing to rectify the issues of this release. And we have seen one that looked pretty good, and one that looked alright. We've seen several that don't. So, we're playing the odds I guess. Shame it turned out this way.

I would even pay something extra and wait another year if they re-paint the t-rex again! CC is still a young company and errors always happen! Stego and t-rex male are actually amazingly good

I don't know about paying extra so a factory can do the job they were paid to do. But, I would be happy to wait longer, though they're already shipping them out in the US, so that should tell you that it's a done deal. It is what it is.

Thanks for the tip. I decided to take a chance at that more reasonable price. My Rex shipped from the west coast yesterday and I should have it here on the east early next week.
Depending on how the lower jaw looks, I may return it, keep it as is or make some slight paint modifications to lessen/blend the look of the black dots.
