I got my replacement body and regular head today. The body seems fine but I have exactly the same issue with the broken hair on the regular head, almost at the same spot with the original one I had. This is annoying and to wait for another replacement? I don't know how long it will take.
By the way, my Jessica Rabbit was taxed at 30%, for Pete sake.....WTF? on the same day I had my bad Psylocke replacement. It was taxed at 15% previously
I tried to argue with them as they mentioned it was porcelain/ceramic. They are so stupid to understand that I end up giving up urguing and just pay for it.....not buying direct from Sideshow anymore...Lot's of pain the @ss

Ohhhh, wat did i dooo, went ahead and ordered a psylocke regular from sideshow , lol
today was the last day for a 85$ credit and i had nothing else to order on gift card eligible list..
so anyone has a ex head to let go?

I ordered one last week, it was already cracked when it got here, it went back yesterday. Hope you have better luck...

u didnt ask for a replacement??
the cracks on the base, are they cos of the lack of primer too??
if i get a damaged one ill probably ask for a partial refund and try to get it painted

got offered an insulting 50 bucks partial refund

That sucks.  Unless you really have to have Psylocke in your collection, I'd return it and get your money back although that's just my opinion, of course. Hope you get things resolved either way.
