I'm not familiar with either of those issues. Where did you hear them brought up? I mentioned that the string attachment on his left boot can fall off, but that's only if you move him around.

The statue settled and the foot rests fine now and I noticed the same spots on actionjack's statue so it may actually be by design.

They're not humidity spots really. It's not a paint issue with bubbling or anything, just painted spots in the rocks.

I figured they were supposed to represent rain drops. Honestly, I didn't give them a second thought.
