Some clarification would be really nice on the scale.

The product page says 1/3, the people on the group are saying 1/3, but that is not a 1/3 Batman. It just isn't. This statue is 25" tall total, and Batman is obviously many inches up on the base, and the pictures at the convention show a 1/3 statue next to him and it's not even close in size.

A 1/3 Batman on a motorcycle would be an absolutely H-U-G-E statue, and while this thing is large in its own right, it is absolutely not a 1/3 scale statue. There's some pretty poor communication going on right now unless they clarify and say the final version will be A LOT bigger.

Wading into conspiracy-land, could this have anything to do with the current P1/Sideshow listing problems? I mean, I thought Sideshow had the DC 1/4 scale on lock down and P1 could only make them if Sideshow "collaborated" or whatever.

The lack of information is a P1 sign of identity. In this case it has to be really annoying for those of you who want to statue. 1/3 & 1/4 are different worlds normally but now you have to add a motorcycle!!

I think SS has collabotate in this statue. There are too much signs of it like prize, 1 portrait and lack of accessories.

If it were the same type of "collaboration" that it has been with Sideshow on the other 1/4 stuff (the other current Batman, Venom, etc) you wouldn't even be able to order it on Prime 1's site. But this one you can.

Well they also are making these Injustice statues that are 1/4 scale, so I don't know what the deal is. The 1/5 stuff is new for them too.

I don't know what the deal is, but there certainly is a "deal" lol. P1 making DC statues other than 1/3 or 1/2 seems new, and this one sure as hell isn't 1/3 even though they're stating it is.

If that's the route they're trying to go, then I see why Sideshow isn't posting their new stuff.

But again I'm not trying to go crazy in conspiracy-land, just talking to talk. There is some stuff happening right now though that causes questions.
