It's a nice looking piece. Love Spidey, not a fan of the Sinister 6 thing.
Really glad Sideshow decided to forego the switch-out portraits and go with a single head/body sculpt. Spidey switch-out portraits always look bad to me.

Statues are cool but you got to find an alternative to fill that addiction. Buying old statues at discount, modifying old statues or putting that focus somewhere else is cool.
I just bought the sandtrooper pf the other day $430 shipped.
Cool piece, but I remember not getting it because I thought I can make the same sandtrooper with the jakks pacific sandtrooper for the price of $20.
Truth is I put the jakks pacific helmet on it and like it better than the sideshow.
My point is statues are cool. We all love them, but there has to be balance too. If you don?t get it now it will be most likely around in the future cheaper, or the same character will be coming out and better. You?re really not missing out on anything. Screw their pricing. YEAH!

I agree with this. It's hard to give away statues these days.
Congrats on the Sandy. Yes, the Jaxxs portraits is much better. If you could find a way to fix the lenses, it'll be perfect.

You know whagt they probably should do is give multiple options if they are going to price like this. same as prime 1.
$500 for just spidey on a simple base, and if someone wants whatever that thing is behind him $750 or whatever they're trying to price it.
They probably would sell way more pieces.

Nowadays, I don't think Sideshow cares all that much in selling a lot of statues. With the recent ES comparatively to how large they use to be.
