I would imagine it's probably easier to do that than to do 5 straight cover quality commissions.

Hmm... didn't you add extra characters to your commission after the deadline date? So if Perez went in order, it could have been too late for you to add characters or technically, you should be last on his list All you have to do now is hope that Perez is in the mood to draw a 5-character cover !

After going through the long drama with artists like EVS, it feels like I sent the check only yesterday to Spencer.

Perez is a living legend with a great track record. If I were on the list I would be cool with a wait, knowing the piece I would receive would be more than worth it, but that's me ... I am very patient.

He could have easily declined my adding additional characters. But I guess the extra $$$ was hard to refuse.

Michael - That Huntress is beautiful! Perez is definitely the master. Does anyone do a better job with portraits?

I was lucky enough to make the list earlier this year and got my drawing in August or September. I know... slacker!
