Guyver
If a maquette based off the anime is ever made, I would definitely have to get it! Such a lack of statues from this series.

Where did you see this ?
Prime 1 with the anime Guyver license is a match made in heaven, they are a Japanese based company so it would make sense they would go after one of the best Japanese Manga characters ever made.
Just imagine an anime version Guyver 1 and Guyver 3 in 1:3 scale with the same level of detail they've put into their Batman line, wow.

I don't think those anime versions of the character are detailed enough to command a 1k price tag. I wouldn't pay that much for that version. 1/4 scale would be better for that version imo.

I was wondering about the domes not being chromed, I know they said the failure rate is high which is why it couldn't be done. But I was looking at a chromed aerosol lid today and thinking those things must be churned out in the 100's of thousands why can't the same process be used there must be a reason?

I have the same worries regarding the orbs but Steve assures me they look very good. Heres a quote.
"I was assured the orb paint looked better than the original paintmaster we sent by my partners. I was able to see a production sample and it looked very good. It will never look as good as the original movie version because that was real metal chrome and it was super expensive and not practical for mass production."
