Symbiote Spider-man PF

I understand that they had to be consistent with the price, but somehow it feels that you get less with this one compared to the detailing of the regular's web and colors.

Hopefully the paintjob will help justify the price. The cool factor is definitely there for the symbiote.

I think it will be okay. I'm thinking they used a black with slight blue pearl in it. It's a good way to replicate the blue highlights you usually see in comics for most black surfaces. My Bowen Symbiote has a beautiful midnight blue in it when the light hits it the right way. I don't think I'd like it as much if the paint didn't have that kind of depth to it.

Yes, the back-in-black is the same way. When light hits it a certain way, you can see the blues.

Again, maybe it's the lighting in their photos for this new one, but it looks like there is a big blue spot painted onto the top of his head. I find that a bit distracting.
