yeah it would. but now that i think about it. i would love to see his take on Darkwolf. he did either a 1/3 or 1/4 scale bust. but a full 1/4 scale figure would be pretty killah.

On wikipeadia you can read that Frazetta's Destroyer painting was sold to an anonymous buyer für over $ 1.5 Mio in 2010.
So if somebody has bought that painting does the new owner not automatically earn the copyright for it as well ? I hardly doubt that ARH will be allowed to sculpt the famous "Destroyer" just like that.

The anonymous buyer turned out to be Kirk Hammet from Metallica!

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

That painting is not the "Destroyer", it is the "Conqueror".

It is true that an anonymous buyer did buy the original Destroyer oil painting for 1.5 million, however; I don't believe they own the license as Destroyer is slated by the Frazetta family for the second phase if the first phase is successful.

So here's to a successful first phase.

Yeah, it's a shame fans won't be able to see those originals when the Frazetta museum reopens.
