Great news. That just tells you that their automatic response is their usual response. But at least you're getting it sorted.
I was looking at the price of that piece after shipping, taxes etc and I could almost have ordered it for half the price from Popcultcha for the regular. For that kind of premium it would've really been a kick in the gut for them not to rectify it.

And just goes to show the power of social media. He gets the usual automated email declining replacement. But once the issue is posted to one of the Facebook groups, it suddenly gets rectified. Just makes me wonder how many of us give up after receiving the first canned email response.

I typically dont move my statues when assembled. But I decided to move my Batwoman PF about 4 inches in my display cabinet and part of the base around her huge footpeg crumbled. They made the foot peg huge, almost the size of a index finger, which is great, but the area around the top of the peg, where it meets the foot is very thin, and crumbly. I am going to fix mine eventually, try to reinforce the area, but I just wanted to warn people that that area is extremely thin. If you move the piece even slightly, it could cause a similar issue. I am a little upset that this piece was designed with that flaw, but I know it was partly my fault. However, I do think this will become a common even when disassembling the piece.

I am returning the Batwoman PF EX number 386 of 750. So if you get that edition number, it is a return with a crumbling base. I was going to get a replacement, but it is going on week four and I still havent heard back from the rep. I might even consider cancelling the other pre-orders i have. Their customer service went from bad to useless.

It seems to be now. I waited 2 weeks & no response, so I posted on their Facebook page & got a response almost straight away.
