This question has been answer by Erick many of times i believe. As long as your Ryu has no damage crack its fine. i dont think its going to lean anymore in the future because the cast is pretty solid.

I'm surprised since Erick went out there himself to do the QC. Thought he would have caught something like that before it got too far. Thanks for the info!

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

He did caught it that why he made them redrill another hole on the base so it doesnt lean heavy that was the best he can do because the parts were already made and painted. so if it does have a bit lean its because of that. the gap on the GI is because they forgot to cover it up with clay. my was seal with clay. it sucks that its not perfect since its the first release its good enough. Akuma should be perfect since they learned from Ryu's issue.

I think some prole won't take it well since some spent $700 with all the fees. I'm glad he was there to correct what was possible and hopefully akuma will come out close to 100% I don't expect anything to be perfect. Makes me sad almost a perfect iconic pieces for me.

Agreed! at the same time its there first piece and the start of a company. so i took it easy and believe he will not fail in Akuma. they do offer full refunds but i bet you will choose to keep it due to best detail paint ever. If you see PCS SF statues there paint job has no kind of details but plain paint thats why their value is not holding up now. But i do support Jerry's hand made work. its one of a kind but the factory he uses always mess up the details.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

The gap on vendetta Ryu is caused by factory mis gluing gi to black belt. This should not cause lean.
Your leaning looks like mine where the BACK of the torso does not sit flush with the legs. This will surly cause a lean.
1/4 evil Ryu was plagued with peg issue that may cause a lean use a tube cutter on it and he should sit flush. You can try to cut it with metal saw but tube cutter will give you a nice clean circular cut.

Technically first piece for this line. He's done many many kits and customs before. But still a very nice piece.

Does anyone know what type of chemical I could use to remove the sweat off Ryu? I'm not a big fan of the sweat. Other then that the sculpt on this is 100% accurate and what I envision as Ryu. Thanks in advance.

Im pretty sure anything you use like that is gonna damage the paint. I havent gotten my Ryu yet but it looks really well done. The sweat globs on my Bruce Lee by Blitzway were beyond horrible.
