I enjoyed your review. This piece really came out great. I would dare say it's the best Aquaman piece out there, movie or otherwise.

Haha, I caught that. At first I was thinking “Is there something I don’t know about that trident?” Then quickly realized you had meant Atlantean.

The Queen 1/2 scale definitely wins in the likeness department. Though I prefer the base, pose, sculpted hair, and price of the SS version.

Of course we all prefer Sideshow’s price, but I prefer the pose from Queens, mainly because it’s representative of the scene from the film, and the base matches what they were going for. But Sideshows base is also very good.

And honestly I dislike the sculpted hair on Sideshows, but I know what they were going for. Kind of reminds me of that Supergirl PF, but it works better here. But I know the rooted hair is going to drive me nuts, but at that scale there’s no choice imo.

Space, and where my collection is going and the incorrect skin tones are what made me cancel Sideshows. But that review certainly is making me second guess myself, as overall it’s a great Aquaman statue.
