So anyone care to share their experiences with the replacement process?

my thoughts on this one is that it is very nice, but bigger than 1/6 scale and there is no number on regular edition?

Are you saying it's too big to be 1/6 scale? Julie Newmar is 5' 11". It looks accurate to me.

I've been waiting on a replacement for over a month. And every time I contact them, they tell me they are shipping one and then weeks go by with nothing. So I told them twice I just want a refund...Haven't heard anything back. I am not very impressed with this company. I was going to buy Batgirl, but there is no way I am going to now.

She is definitely bigger than 1/6. She should be under 12" standing straight at 1/6 scale. But the statue is 13 1/2 tall and Julie is 12 1/2" tall leaning over. But they have it wrong on the website, not sure if she will be in scale with Adam West who is 6'2" so his statue should be around 14 1/2 inches tall to be in scale with this one.

thats a shame. Ultimately, this is a perfect example of why customer service should be the #1 priority at a company. Bottom line - you lose customers when people get crappy CS.
