My problem with Ethan is communication. We set some commissions and the communication on these have been poor. I think that it exacerbates things when he is constantly on facebook, but can't respond to simple emails. The commissioners, including myself are content to wait, but the guy needs to be a little more professional when it comes to taking money and communicating with his clients.

Unfortunately that's the same thing that happened when I dealt with him. The communication was great until I handed over the money. After that I had a very hard time getting a response. I guess things haven't changed.
