I think they took on too much, they actually have good licences and good products, but really who needs Star Trek cats?

Agreed, they tried to expand too fast. They had such a good thing going back when they were just doing Jurassic Park, Terminator, and some of the older/more obscure stuff.

My refund came through. A deposit plus 4 months of payments. Each one a separate refund.
Hopefully everyone gets their money owed.
Seems Chronicle could sell off works in progress like protos and Zbrush files to another company and use that money to repay people they owe. Win win, money returned and projects still produced.

It’s really sad to read all this. I was really hoping that the JP Stan Winston maquette line will continue. Fingers crossed for everyone gets their money back. ��

Looks like they are doing refunds. Hopefully they make it through this restructuring and don't go under.

If it’s actually CC initiating the refunds have to give them kudos there. Sad they haven’t talked though. If this is straight from them then I hope they make it through and people give them a chance in future.

well my credit card company cannot help me, it has been to long, so now i'm a little encouraged seeing some of you get refunds, hope i'm on the list, from now on I'll never do monthly payments again, i'll do pre order then pay in full when it's shipped, as of today i'm out 1700 !!
