It was scarier than most horror movies. It did end up being more of a psychological thriller in the end though.

The Third Day (HBO). 7 out of 10.
1st two eps were 10/10, the middle two were 7/10, and the last two were 4/10. Production design, the performances, and the score were great. Really let down by the writing and story in the latter half of the series.

The Expanse S4.
8/10
This show is just enjoyable to watch if sci-fi is your thing. I did feel that the story told in this season could have been done in less episodes tbh, it certainly could have finished it off and done other things, but it's still a fun watch regardless. I might have scored it a 7 over all, it got an extra point for the scene where Ashford (David Strathairn) flew backwards the airlock like an absolute badass.

We Are Who We Are - Season 1
One of my favorite current directors, Luca Guadagnino bangs out another winner with this coming of age mini-series about teens living in the bubble of an American military base in Italy. Too artsy to appeal to the masses I think, but I loved it. The majesty of the closing scene in the finale recalls the equally grand endings to the director's Call Me by Your Name and I Am Love. 9/10

Blood of Zeus S1 Netflix original anime 8/10 with all these streaming services I appreciate Netflix offering more "adult" animation.
