Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

I am hoping to move to a new position within the next couple months, preferably an analyst for executives, I had a chance to be a manager but I learned here at least people are very lazy and give you sh*t every chance they get...not really excited about that.

Got promoted in Nov, to a queue manager for collections, I monitor incoming calls, schedule meetings, and attendance for over 6600 associates in different states including Costa Rica. We recently got bumped up to manager level but are called analysts in our title, really only difference is an extra week of vacation. Better than what I was doing, but still kind of boring, I always tend to look for a new position 4 months into the job, but have to wait at least 6.
Oh and I have recently taken up sculpting again, hopefully to go freelancer soon.

As of today, I'm also an agent for Aflac.
So...
Voiceover artist
Substitute teacher
Aflac Agent
I was working 30+ hours a week at a Best Western, but that was only until I got my feet back under me after a recent move back here to CA. They might be cutting staff hours, so I might be cutting out of there entirely.
Aflac MIGHT be a pyramid scheme.. if I sense that it is, I'm jumping ship early; no harm, no foul.
... I got a stuffed animal duck that screams "Aflac" at the interview.
