The pose is actually pretty cool. Shows off his athletic/acrobatic skills and how dynamic he is.
I like the classic/open mouthed head sculpt. Even though his bottom teeth are sculpted about the same size as top teeth; bottom teeth are typically smaller, but overall a good portrait
The costume is over done. It’s really just the red on the legs and the way the shoulder armor was done.
The base is too much
I get the intent but this on his back isn’t good

I think it's one of the coolest action-pose licensed statues I've seen to be honest. Reminds me of those awesome custom X-Men statues that I see from time to time. They took liberties with the costume, but it's a great work.

Well ...at least they lined up the smoke trails top and bottom. And the support rod seems to be gone, too. Unless I just failed to see it in these recent pics.

This statue is just too tough! The dynamic pose is just that, dynamic!
