True, look at the last PO's.
Only stuff like the most known chars like Akuma, Ryu, Scorpion go fast, but also only if they are classic. I doubt Chun-Li will sell fast (only the 50 pieces set). The same happened to the 1/4 scale Chunners.
You can get a lot of the newer pieces for under retail, even exclusives.

Well I think the flippers are smarter now, buying up only the things that are obvious gain like 1:3 Akuma, 1:3 Ryu, etc..

Just limit it to one EX order per account if that's not the case already, it's standard practice, don't need to reinvent the wheel.

I don't mind either way but I like the transfer system, I always felt collecting as a hobby go hand in hand with trading, like say collecting baseball cards and trading baseball cards is the same thing. I know some people never part with their statues but I'm always open to the idea of trading, it's part of the hobby for me.
