Yes sir. Paint apps look excellent.

Both the clean and muddy versions of this were extremely compelling in their own ways.
I did pause a bit before making a choice.

Hopefully the production paints on the muddy look just as spot on.

My respect for the attention to detail in the muddy base motivated me to finally pull the trigger- but the simplicity of the clean version I find sort of refreshing, and even classy.

While I don't consider myself a Batman fan anymore, this is probably the only statue I've ever seen where I actually wish I had both a regular and a variant. The difference in paint apps between the two painted versions are so profound that it really seems like two different statutes to me.

And both look awesome.

That's even taking into account the filter being used on the FB photo to punch up the contrast.

Looks great. I'm wondering what the box art looks like. This was a non Super Powers statue so am curious about if there is a new design to the box.

Not one $#@%ing gargoyle, nor any gothic trimmings, anywhere in sight.

Yes, refreshing.

Nearmint said in his review of the muddy version that if this thing was 1/4, people would be flipping out. I agree. I’m starting to flip out in anticipation of my muddy version that’s coming in January.
