when did you order from them?
I would recommend contacting them to see if you have a pre-order for their initial wave. I've ordered from them quite a few times, mostly when their site says they have the item "in stock", so I end up waiting weeks....then they tell me that they were sold out before my order. Their site is unreliable.

My LCS got only 4 in, he said more were on the way for the new year, but for some reason they did not get their full order all at once.

they now tell me that they are not getting anymore... they not getting any of my business again either if how the do business... aready been charged for the statue

i guess dc sends out to all those who ordered 1? (up to 4?) on the first batch and then sends the rest of the order on the second wave. Sounds fair so every store gets their order.
